Something about running through a cozy downtown in support of the Christian ministry, Young Life, appeals to Chicago suburbanites once again, making this 5K race a 10th annual. This Fourth-of-July weekend will be one for the books.

With the pressures and hardships our adolescence faces, Young Life sure seems to come in handy in guiding them through their tough teen years. After catching a break, these dedicated runners are invited to join our post-parade and carnival to meet and mingle with other local runners.
